Krista Schaub

Krista takes a relationship-first approach to every engagement. She invests time upfront, listens carefully, and stays close from first conversation through placement and beyond. Her work is rooted in genuine connection, clear communication, and the belief that the right match benefits everyone involved.

Krista built her career in Healthcare Tech, building her client base from scratch and working with organizations ranging from seed-stage startups to publicly traded companies. She then expanded her reach into Fintech and Enterprise SaaS, staying focused in GTM, Product, and the C-Suite.

The firm remains intentionally small so that every search receives the attention it requires, every relationship is treated with care, and every conversation stays confidential.
